The multi-coil line is customized to your needs. We do not supply you with a serial machine, but a system that is especially designed for your production.
Each machine can be customized to meet your requirements. We offer ideal concepts from roofing to industry.

The given price is an example for 2 driven decoilers (5 tons), hydraulically clamped (clamping range Ø465-515mm, coil diameter max: Ø1200mm), with presser arm, hydraulic system and driven guideway with safety slide doors. Sheet width: 1524 mm.

Guideway

This guideway is the perfect solution for industrial applications. A fast material change as well as a safe and convenient coil change is a must for efficient coil processing. The guideway offers further advantages with the individually safety doors that allow the customer to change a coil during automatic operation. You save valuable time and work with the highest safety standards. In addition, the guideway can be equipped with the optionally available prebending devices. Which make it easier for the operator to set up the coil on the line when you are processing thicker material. You can find more information under options. The safety slide doors have an safety interlock with the control. When a door is open, operator can change the coil and machine can still process from the other decoilers.
