We customize the Coiltech mechanical decoiler according to your needs. It exists in several versions with different features. One adjusts the drum extension manually by turning a lever.
Decoilers are available in several versions, including mechanical and hydraulic variants, with single or double mandrel. Optionally, they can be equipped with a straightener, straightener and feeder, or assembled as complete unwinding lines.
Coiltech ‘s mechanical decoiler is available with or without a hold-down arm and/or retaining arm. By simply turning a lever, you set the drum expansion manually.
General features of the Coiltech mechanical decoiler
Mechanical decoilers operate with manual drum expansion via a lever and are adjustable in width, inside and outside diameter of the coil and drive type to suit your needs. Depending on material thickness, a coil arm can be added.
To minimize lost time during setup, the Double Drum Decoiler provides an efficient solution.
For higher tonnage coils, there are hydraulic decoilers, which offer extra power and convenience.
