A filter unit, such as the filter/exhaust unit, can be successfully used to filter and separate most types of dust and air found in industrial practice.
What is the filter unit for:
- Dust emissions from thermal separation of metals.
- Dust emissions from welding and brazing.
- Dust emissions from grinding and related technologies.
- Dust emissions from metal blasting.
- Reduction of dust particles in production facilities thanks to an effective filter.
We supply several brands of filter units. Below is an example of a Tigemma TFD filter system.
These filter units are suitable for use with our laser cutting machinesbut also for use with our wide belt grinders.
Operation:
- Contaminated air is drawn into the unit so that the filtration process can begin.
- The filter cartridges separate dust and harmful particles from the air, using surface filtration.
- Clean air is exhausted using a medium-pressure fan (to the production floor or outside).
- The filter cartridges are cleaned automatically, making the unit efficient.
- Dust is collected in waste bins.
