The multi-coil line is completely customized to your needs. We do not supply you with a series machine, but a system designed specifically for your production. Each machine can be customized to meet your requirements. We provide ideal concepts to different industries, from roofing to industry.
The quoted price from is an example for 2 powered decoilers (5 tons), hydraulically clamped (clamping range Ø465-515 mm, coil diameter max: Ø1200 mm), with press arm, hydraulic system and powered guide with safety sliding doors. Plate width: 1524 mm.

Guide

This guide is the perfect solution for industrial applications. Fast material change and safe and easy coil change are a must for efficient coil processing. The guide offers further advantages with the individual safety doors that allow the customer to change a coil during automatic operation. You save valuable time and work with the highest safety standards. In addition, the guide can be equipped with the optionally available pre-bending devices, which make it easier for the operator to adjust the coil on the line when processing thicker material. More information can be found under options. The safety sliding doors have a safety interlock with the control. When one door is open, the operator can change the coil and the machine can still process from the other unwinders.
