General features of the PSQ hydraulic 4-column press
This 4-column hydraulic stamping press is designed for pulling and forming sheet metal.
The press of SICMI is equipped with a top table that runs along 4 columns, guaranteeing excellent parallelism during the press phase.
The mobile top plate and the fixed bottom plate are equipped with T-shaped grooves that can be used to fasten the jigs.
The electro-hydraulic press is equipped with fixed protective nets on the side and on the back for completely safe use of the workshop press.
The electric control panel and hydraulic unit are separate from the hydraulic press.
The approach speed of the hydraulic cylinder is less than 30 mm/sec.
The 4-column hydraulic press, model PSQ, is available only in the automatic version, with operation by the simultaneous use of dual buttons. It is equipped with cylinder limit switches and provides automatic raising of the working surface.
Siemens PLC and Rexroth solenoid valves are also standard.
