General characteristics of roll forming line for guardrails
This roll forming line for guard rails consists of: decoiler with coil carriage for 6 tons. It has a straightener and feed guide, end welding machine, shears, hydraulic press with punching unit and a roll forming machine with lubrication unit consisting of 12 stations and 1 calibration head. Then a cutting and bending unit with 2 hydraulic presses. Finally, a stacker to collect the profiles with a scissor trolley. The final length of the profiles is 4400 mm.
