General features of the machine
The line consists of: decoiler with coil car, max. 6 tons. Stretcher and feed guide, end welding machine, shears, hydraulic press with punching unit, roll forming machine with lubrication unit, consisting of 12 stations and 1 calibration head. Cutting and bending unit with 2 hydraulic presses. Stacker to collect the profiles with scissor trolley. Length of the profiles ended up being 4400 mm.
