The patented sheet feeding unit is a fully automated system that effortlessly loads up to four sheets simultaneously. Thanks to advanced vacuum grippers and ultrasonic sensors, sheets are positioned with extreme precision, even with complex shapes and large dimensions. The machine is extremely flexible and suitable for both narrow strips and wide sheets, making it usable in a variety of industries.
Loading table
The loading table is mobile, available in different lengths and also height adjustable. In automatic mode, the optimal height for picking up sheet metal is set automatically.
Combined with the integrated tilting device, Thalmann offers a fully automated solution for folding operations. This limits the operator’s work to loading a stack of sheets into an infeed device and removing finished parts from the machine.
