The multiple coil system of the CIDAN decoiler does not damage the sheet metal and provides fully automatic switching from one decoiler to another in less than a minute.
Types
CIDAN has a wide range of decoilers (also called uncoilers or unwinding reels). These can be combined for an efficient production facility based on your requirements. Parameters such as power, distance, time and access to material are critical for fast and cost-effective production. Standard decoiler
The coil is placed directly on the mandrel with a forklift or coil truck. The mandrel is hydraulically controlled to clamp the coil.

Down pressure arm
The lowering arm of the CIDAN decoiler helps hold the coil in place while the operator tightens a new coil. A coil generally works like a spring. The lowering arm presses against the coil, allowing the operator to safely open the coil’s metal band to process the material. The position of the down-feed arm can be adjusted based on the coil width.
Coil trolley
A single coil line requires a coil trolley. The coil trolley, which is propelled along 2 axes and controlled by a remote control, loads coils easily and with little effort. Thanks to the remote control, the operator has full control over all movements and can change coils up to 8000 kg very easily.
