General features of the Coiltech double mandrel decoiler

Decoilers (also known as uncoilers or unwinding reels) are available in a variety of designs. Choose from mechanical or hydraulic variants, with single or double mandrel, and with additional options such as a straightener, straightener and feeder. In addition, we can custom assemble complete unwinding lines.

Dual mandrel decoilers minimize wasted time during coil loading. While the line is running, the operator prepares the next roll for the inactive drum. This ensures extremely efficient and fast production.

Head rotation varies by model:

Mechanical models are turned manually.
Hydraulic models feature motorized head rotation.
