General features of the PSQ hydraulic 4-column press
This 4-column hydraulic stamping press is designed for pulling and forming sheet metal.
The press from SICMI is equipped with an upper table that runs along four columns, ensuring excellent parallelism during the pressing phase.
The movable upper plate and the fixed lower plate are equipped with T-slots for securing the dies.
The electrohydraulic press is equipped with fixed safety guards on the sides and rear to ensure completely safe operation of the workshop press.
The electrical control panel and the hydraulic unit are separate from the Hydraulic press.
The approach speed of the hydraulic cylinder is less than 30 mm/sec.
The 4-column Hydraulic press, model PSQ, is available only in the automatic version, operated by simultaneously pressing dual buttons. It is equipped with cylinder limit switches and automatically raises the work surface.
The Siemens PLC and Rexroth solenoid valves are also standard.
