The decoiler is attached to and positioned above the machine. It is suitable for coils of 2500 kg and a diameter of 1200 mm. Machine length: 5000 mm, width 1400 mm. Max. weight 3000 kg.

Application of the mobile roll forming machine for raingutters
Mobile roll forming machines are designed to roll form profiles from coil on location. The coil hangs above or below the machine and the whole thing is movable to produce the profiles in the right position or at a special location. These are often longer lengths that cannot be transported. This machine can be handled with a Manitou or forklift.

The specialty of making a mobile machine is mainly the limitation in length. Roll forming often requires a lot of length to form a profile step by step. This is especially true as the material becomes thicker and the profile higher. So at each step it is manually calculated whether it can be done and whether it does not give distortions that are not desired.
Machine too heavy?
This machine could not weigh more than 3,000 kg, because it has to be transported through the fields, with a telehandler. Therefore, this frame is designed to be strong enough, but at the same time light enough. For this purpose, holes are made in the frame at strategic places.
