Large spans
The roll forming line for concrete floor profiles delivers its profiles for high steel plates, which makes large spans possible. The maximum span without props is 5.4 m. If props are possible, spans of up to 8 m are possible.
Low dead weight
Due to the profiling of the steel plate, the dead weight of steel plate concrete floors with high steel plates is lower than that of other floor systems. A lower floor weight can lead to savings on the supporting structure and foundation.

Roll forming line for concrete floor profiles by Pasterkamp, in collaboration with ZMM Pobeda
Steel sheet profile
Rolled steel plate profiles are the answer to the demand for large spans.
The studs in the body of the plate and the sophisticated shape of the dovetail provide an optimal connection between the concrete and the steel plate. In addition, these profiles also make an important contribution as bottom reinforcement for larger spans. The profile is automatically rolled, cut and stacked.

Pasterkamp Metal Sheet Solutions from Urk has already realised quite a few slitting and roll forming lines together with its Bulgarian partner ZMM Pobeda
The two companies are a good match. Pasterkamp Metal Sheet Solutions is an expert in the field of mobile roll forming machines, machine manufacturer ZMM Pobeda focuses more on the big lines. “In every project we do together, we use each other’s strengths,” says Pasterkamp. “We brainstorm together and discuss how we can best approach a machine or a machine line.” That is why this special roll forming line was also developed by them together.
