This roll forming line for crash barriers was produced by Pasterkamp’s Bulgarian partner; ZMM Pobeda. ZMM Pobeda has been our partner in supplying large lines for many years.
The two companies are a good match. General characteristics of the roll forming line for crash barriers
This roll forming line for crash barriers consists of: decoiler with coil carriage for 6 tons. It has a stretcher and infeed guide, end welding machine, shear, hydraulic press with punching installation and a roll forming machine with lubrication unit, consisting of 12 stations and 1 calibration head. Then a cutting and bending unit with 2 hydraulic presses. Finally, a stacker to collect the profiles with a shear carriage. The length of the profiles is ultimately 4400 mm.
