Roll forming often requires a lot of length to form a profile step by step. This is especially true as the material becomes thicker and the profile higher. So at each step it is manually calculated whether it can be done and whether it does not give distortions that are not desired.

Various materials for mobile roll formers
Our mobile roll formers process a variety of materials, from wide sheets to narrow profiles. Thus, we can work with material up to 800 mm wide or with narrower profiles of 3 mm thick. We apply coated and galvanized material, as well as innovative materials such as Magnelis.

Application roll forming machine for narrow profile with driven tracks
We design mobile roll forming machines to roll form profiles on site from coil. The coil hangs above or below the machine and the whole unit is movable to produce profiles in the right position or in a special place. Often these are longer lengths that cannot be transported any other way.

- Trailer: By mounting the machine on a trailer, it is quickly on site and immediately ready for production.
- Telehandler: In horticulture, users move the machine with a telehandler, ideal for producing extremely long cultivation gutters up to 200 meters directly on the field.
- Powered tracks: The most frequently chosen option. This self-propelled machine maneuvers effortlessly on site.
- Container solution for the solar industry: For solar parks, we produce and assemble profiles directly on site with a machine in a container.
- Rotary punching system: We integrate it on various mobile machines to punch drainage holes at even distances.
