Application
Mobile roll forming machines are designed for on-site roll forming of profiles from coil. The coil hangs above or below the machine and the whole unit is movable to produce profiles in the right position or in a special place.
Specifications of the roll forming machine with double coil
This machine is designed to produce a composite profile on site from two coils.
- The roll former is equipped with two reels and can produce a composite flume. Thus, two plates are rolled simultaneously! This is unique in the roll forming industry.
- This machine is equipped with a leveling system. This system can tilt the machine in all directions.
- The reels are collapsible to fit in a truck.
