The machine is a clean neat welded construction, sandblasted, primed and finished with two-component enamel, in silver and yellow colors. The machine’s heavy, stable base has a built-in leveling device. A highly energy-efficient whisper hydraulic system with STOP-and-GO function is installed to control the machine.

General features of the machine

The TZ single folder is best suited for basic folding processes and flexible applications. Different equipment packages allow customers to optimally adapt their machines to individual needs.

The TZ is based on Thalmann‘s unique kinetic control shaft technology, which ensures unrestricted work performance and synchronous force distribution over the entire length of the machine. The exclusive vertical force drive (VFD) provides high clamping forces directly at the clamping point.

The maximum insertion depth is 1250 mm and the machines can be from 3.20 up to 12.00 meters long. Additional accessories such as hemming and roll-forming or cutting units can be added onto the machines.
