The trapezoid roof sheet line is a complete roll forming line for producing trapezoid profile roof and wall panels, including decoiler, feeder, rolling stations, shears, stacker.
The coil goes in; a stack of profiles comes out.

The line consists of:
- Coil with coil car, suitable up to 5 tons
- Infeed guide
- Rolling shears for stopping halfway through the coil
- Roll forming line with roll forming stations.
- Mechanical profile shear
- Stacker to make packages.
Pasterkamp Metal Sheet Solutions from Urk, together with its Bulgarian partner ZMM Pobeda, has already realized many slit and roll forming lines.

The two companies fit well together. Pasterkamp Metal Sheet Solutions is an expert in mobile roll forming machines, machine manufacturer ZMM Pobeda focuses more on the big picture. “In every project we do together, we leverage each other’s strengths,” Pasterkamp said. “We spar together and discuss how best to approach a machine or a machine line.”
The cooperation is based on mutual trust and has now lasted for just under 20 years. “I can count 100 percent on my Bulgarian partner. They deliver high-quality products. They make all parts in-house. They harden the material and have CNC machines to make complete frames. They also make gears themselves.”
