The following privacy statement applies to all relationships between Pasterkamp Metal Sheet Solutions and its potential customers, suppliers and/or business partners.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Collection and use of personal data

If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we will use your information to provide you with a quotation, to be able to determine what specifications or requirements a particular item or service should meet, to deliver items or perform work for you, perform billing and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently on the implementation aspects of the agreement.

If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary to finalize and complete the agreement. At order placement, this is necessary so that you can let us know what specifications or desires a particular item or service should meet.

You are under no obligation to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any or insufficient personal data, the aforementioned work cannot be carried out.

Transfer to third parties

In connection with the performance of any agreement with you, we may need to disclose your personal data to third parties that provide parts, materials and products to us or supply and perform work on our behalf.

Furthermore, we make use of external server space to store (parts of) our sales and purchasing records, which your personal data is part of. For that reason, your personal data will be provided to our server space provider.

Direct marketing

If you have given us permission to do so, we will save and use the personal data you provide to personally notify you by email of our existing and new products and services and possibly make you an offer for these. Every time we send you an advertising mailing, you have the option of letting us know that you do not want this by seeing the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mailing.

Retention period of personal data

If you have requested a quote from us but have not become a customer with us, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Also, if we have received a quote from you but have not become a customer of yours, your personal data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. If you became a customer of ours or we became a customer of yours, we will retain your personal data for seven years after the end of the fiscal year in which the agreement with you was fully executed.

Your rights

In addition, you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted or the use of your personal data be limited. You can also object the collection and use of your data or file a complaint with the authorities. Finally, you may request that we obtain your personal data or transfer your data to another person.
