A cutting line — also known as:

is designed to automatically process coil material into flat sheets with accurate dimensions.
Typically, a cut-to-length line performs the following operations:
- Uncoiling the material from the coil;
- Straightening and leveling the strip;
- Cutting the material accurately to the desired length;
- Automatically stacking the finished sheets (optional).
