The material width for roll forming machines can range from 15 mm to 1500 mm. Material thickness can vary from 0.4 mm to 10 mm. Each line for each profile has its own specialties. The line can be equipped with punching units and each profile is cut to length with a profile cutter.

Different profiles
It is also possible to produce different profiles on the same line. This can be done quickly, by changing spacers, or by changing complete cassettes with roll forming stations.

Manufacturing/Supply
We supply the small or larger roll forming machines together with foreign partners. The service on these machines is provided by our own mechanics, which is very advantageous for our customers. Only the mobile roll forming machines come from our own workshop.
