This tracked mobile roll forming machine has a remote control. It can be controlled wired, but of course it can also be controlled wirelessly.
Materials
Our mobile roll forming machines process various materials, from wide sheets of 800 mm to narrower profiles with a thickness of 3 mm. We form coated and galvanized materials as well as innovative materials such as Magnelis.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Pasterkamp specialized in mobile roll forming machines. We design and build these machines entirely in-house. Curious about our projects? Check out our YouTube video featuring some of the mobile roll forming machines we have delivered!
Application of tracked mobile roll forming machine
The mobile roll forming machine on tracks forms profiles directly on site, directly from coil. The coil hangs above or below the machine, while the assembly can easily be moved to the correct position or a specific location. This makes it possible to produce extra-long profiles that are not transportable.
We mount the machine on tracks, with optional wireless and/or remote control attached.
Specifications of roll forming machine on tracks
Our mobile roll forming machines can be used in a variety of ways:
- Trailer mounting: We mount these machines on a trailer so they can be on site quickly and start production immediately.
- Moving with telehandler: Especially suitable for horticulture, to produce cultivation gutters of up to 200 meters long in the middle of the field.
- Self-propelled version on powered tracks: This is the most commonly used option, where the machine can maneuver freely on site.
- Container setup for the solar industry: You can produce and assemble profiles for solar panel fields directly on site.
- Rotary punching unit: Integrated on several mobile machines to punch drainage holes at equal distances.

Features of the tracked mobile roll forming machine
The specialty of making a mobile machine is mainly the limitation in length. Roll forming often requires a lot of length to form a profile step by step. This is especially true as the material becomes thicker and the profile higher.
So for each step, we manually calculate whether it can be done and whether it does not give distortions that are not desired.
