Roll forming machines and lines are custom-made in a wide range. They can consist of various components, such as decoiler, straightener, punching installation, roll forming machine, press, cutting installation, stacker.

Possibilities
C, Z, Omega, or Sigma profiles, corrugated sheet or dovetail; there are many possibilities! The material width for roll forming machines can vary from 15 mm to 1500 mm and the thickness from 0.4 mm to 10 mm. Each line for each profile has its own specialities. The line can be equipped with punching units and each profile is cut to length with a profile shear.
Different profiles can be produced on the same line, e.g. by changing spacers or by changing complete cassettes with roll forming stations.

Manufacturing/Delivery
We supply the small or larger roll forming machines together with foreign partners. The service on these machines is provided by our own technicians. This is very advantageous for our customers. Only the mobile roll forming machines come from our own workshop.
